Robin has over 35 years experience in the consulting engineering discipline with emphasis on business development. In addition to managing national and country offices he has led multi-disciplinary teams through feasibility phases to detailed design.

Kent Georgala

Kent's vision is to utilize his 37 years of project management, engineering and management experience within the consulting civil engineering and construction industries to lead, grow and improve the profitability, performance and value of Innovante Projects and associated companies.

Theo van Niekerk

Pr Eng

Theo has 30 years experience in both civil and structural engineering, of which 18 years as office manager. He is a specialist in the fields of 3D modelling, and was instrumental in developing new technology using drones for structural assessments.
